Flights London-San Francisco

We continue our quest to find cheap flights out of London. Our first aim is to find the cheapest flights to a number of major US cities. Thus far we have found cheap flights to 10 major US cities and these destinations will be updated continously.

Today however we will expand the list of cities and find cheap flights London-San Francisco. The depature date is October 4th and the return date for the flight London-San Fracisco is October 18th. Below we will display the cheapest and the least time consuming flights London-San Francisco.

Flights London-San Francisco
Justtheflight.co.uk
Price: 341 GBP
Departure Airport: London Heathrow
Stops: Non-stop flights
Airline: BMI British Midland

BritishAirways.com
Price: 439 GBP
Departure Airport: London Heathrow
Stops: Non-stop flights
Airline: British Airways

Justtheflight offers the cheapest ticket London-San Francisco at 341 GBP which we find very fair. The only true competitor to this price is BA where the non-stop flights cost 439 GBP, making the flight with BA 98 GBP more expensive.

Since both the flights are non-stop we don't really see much of a reason to pay the premium of 98 GBP for the BA flight London-San Francisco. We definitely prefer BA over BMI but we don't think it's worth the extra 98 GBP.

Flights London-Orlando

Today we continue finding cheap flights from London to the US. Our aim is to deliver blog posts on the cheapest and best flights London-USA. We travel to Florida at least once a year mostly we fly to Miami but depending on where we rent a house we some times fly to Orlando as well.

Today we look at cheap flights London-Orlando that departs London on October 4th and returns on October 28th. Below we display the 3 flights London-Orlando that we find most interesting.

Flights London-Orlando
TerminalA.com
Price: 358 GBP

Airline: Continental Airlines

VirginAtlantic.com
Price: 488 GBP
Departure Airport: Gatwick
Stops: Non-stop flights
Airline: Virgin Atlantic Airways

BritishAirways.com
Price: 566 GBP
Departure Airport: London Heathrow
Stops: Non-stop flights
Airline: British Airways

TerminalA offers the cheapest flight London-Orlando at a price of£358. The flight London-Orlando is a 1 stop flight and departs from Gatwick. The best alternative to the Continental Airlines flight London-Orlando is the flight offered by Virgin Atlantic. At a price of £488 this non-stop flight London-Orlando is £130 more expensive.

Now what we need to consider is whether we prefer to spend £130 extra and save both the time and hassle of a stop over on the way to Orlando. We would definitely save the £130 spend 5-6 hours extra travel time and spend the £130 during our vacation in Orlando and Florida.

As the last option we selected British Airways. It’s a non-stop flight London-Orlando and it departs from London Heathrow. The only reasons to select this flight is 1) you live much closer to London Heathrow then Gatwick or 2) you are a very loyal and strong fan of British Airways.
